We are independent provider and in network with most insurance companies yet we are not consider as HOMECARE provider. We also offer very reasonable cash plan.
Our service is one on one by Licensed Physical Therapist ( not PTA ) . All billing and documentation will be done as per rules and guidelines, you will be liable for all deductible, copay, coinsurance .
As a recent law changes in Texas , We can provide rehab service without a doctor’s script up to 10 days ( Direct Access ) ( except for Medicare).
