Our factory is located in Manakpur Industrial Area in Jagadhri with the production area of 40000 sq ft.

Pre-Press Equipments:

Pre-Press stage is the introductory stage of printing. This stage emphasizes on planning and designing of the output. Pre-press equipments ensure that there is intensive planning which can eliminate unnecessary wastes in the production process. Use of thermal computer to plate ensures there is minimal dot gain thus providing best print results.

Press Equipments:

Press stage is the fundamental and the most important stage of the printing process. This is the stage where the actual printing of the package occurs. Our state of art Presses are capable of printing on all Substrates, be it conventional paper-board or metalized polymer (met pet) substrate. Our well trained production team monitors every operation from start to finish and ensures that every print from the Bhuvika presses matches the highest quality parameters demanded by the industry.

Post Press & Finishing:

After printing, the product is given its finishing touches such as die cutting, embossing, foil stamping or window patching. Lamination is another possibility. Lamination is available in both gloss and matt finish. The post press process gives the product its final look. The printed sheets are folded and glued so we get the final look of printed product.
