This system is designed for users who have the talents, knowledge, and professional experience to contribute to the development of the economy of a certain province or territory, or who seek to reside in that province and/or become permanent citizens of Canada.

Every province and territory has its own set of streams i.e., immigration programmes aimed towards specific groups and standards. You must fulfill the qualifying constraints of the province that has nominated you. You may be required to register either on paper or online via Express Entry.

You will be required to pass a medical test and obtain a police check certificate as part of the procedure. Everyone, regardless of where they want to stay in Canada, must have these clearances.
