A one-on-one interaction with the wellness coach about achieving one’s goals by working with the individual's strengths and values for a long-term wellness strategy.
Pair up with your wellness coach who with the help of evidence based nutrition, behavioral change, stress management techniques, exercise, and to enable you to create your own road-map to recovery and wellness naturally and holistically. The coach not only considers the importance of physical, but also emotional, social, mental, and all spiritual dimensions of health, and seeks to support the individual in exploring other dimensions. Our Individual Coaching gives the individual an opportunity to define their health goals in a realistic way. The individual can set these goals and then actively work towards them if they have the assistance of a coach. Goals are expected to be achieved with much more effect and desired results. It is this kind of integrated approach that encourages personal growth and greater health awareness.
